German band Fotos is the clear result of the continued spread of healthy and burgeoning American and British independent rock scenes. Decidedly more Brit-pop than anything distinctly American, Fotos takes elements of pop's best moments and combines them with their own unique blend of tight punk and rock rhythms. Signed to the major label EMI, Fotos is clearly poised to enter the markets they reflect, it's just a matter of time.
