Leroy Justice is a rootsy Southern rock band from New York City. Led by the soulful voice of guitarist Jason Gallagher, the group uses vintage sounding harmonies and down-home arrangements in its stripped-down songs. The five-piece is clearly inspired by some of the giants of country-tinged folk rock, such as Neil Young, The Band and Bob Dylan, and uses acoustic guitars, stand-up bass, drums and some tambourine shakes to create its sepia-toned songs. Leroy Justice's debut album, Revolution's Son, was released in 2008.
