Charlie Landsborough is a country/folk singer/songwriter from Cheshire, England who, since he started singing professionally in the 1970s, has grown to become one of Britain's top country acts. Although he only achieved limited success over the first few decades of his music career, Landsborough gained mainstream success in 1994 with the release of his now legendary single "What Colour is the Wind," which went on to reach #1 on the Irish music charts. Luckily, the newly famous singer/songwriter had a whole slew of material he recorded previous to his breakout success, and was able to release many of his best songs on a double CD set, which has gone on to sell 700,000 copies and counting.
