BEGGARS is a rock trio hailing from Athens, Greece, established in 2009 by Yannis Passas and Chili. They were later joined by Angelos Tanis, solidifying their lineup. The band's discography includes several notable releases. Their debut album, "BACK TO BASICS..." (2011), propelled them onto the Greek rock scene with the popular single "Dove." They followed up with "THE TRUTH" (2013), which further solidified their presence and led to an extensive Greek and Cypriot tour. The success continued with their third album, "DESPERATE ROCK 'N' ROLL" (2014), resulting in another extensive tour. In 2015, they released "DEVIL'S HIGHWAY," which gained widespread attention through Metal Hammer Greece. BEGGARS has performed alongside acclaimed acts such as Thin Lizzy and Eric Burdon and has participated in prominent festivals, including ROCKWAVE Festival and Antiracist Festival. The band is currently working on their fifth album, set to be released in 2016. With their unwavering focus on Rock 'n Roll, BEGGARS continues to make their mark in the music industry.
