Frank Sinatra Jr. was a singer/songwriter and conductor who was born and raised in one of the most renowned musical families in the world. Son of Frank Sinatra Sr. and Nancy Barbato Sinatra, and the younger brother of singer and actress Nancy Sinatra, he grew up with the drive to become a professional musician, though he hardly saw his father who was consistently touring or filming on location. Singing with San Donahue's band and learning the music business from legends like Duke Ellington, Sinatra Jr spent the early days of his career on the road. He released his first album Young Love For Sale, in 1965 and continued to craft songs for the rest of his career while also appearing in films and on television. Although his father's fame sometimes overshadowed his own career, he made a name for himself as a composer in his own right with songs like "Believe in Me" and "Black Night." In 2016, Frank Sinatra Jr died at the age of 72 years due to sudden cardiac arrest.
