Mike Ward is a singer from Manchester, England who rose to fame in 2013 on British televised singing competition The Voice UK. After making it to the final four of the show with his country music style, he was sent home as a runner up but earned recognition for trying to bring country music to a mainstream audience. Shortly after his stint on the show, he released his debut single, "When I Was Your Man," in 2013.
