Randy Weston

Randy Weston is a jazz musician and composer who is known as a piano aficionado. A Brooklyn native or Jamaican descent, he blends modern jazz with African rhythms to craft his signature style of music. Throughout his decades-long career, he's created a massive catalog of records as a bandleader, from his 1954 debut Cole Porter in a Modern Mood, to 2013's The Roots of the Blues.
