Zoogma is an electronica band based in Oxford, Mississippi and Memphis, Tennessee that manages to successfully combine the precise electronic musical mastery of a DJ with the charismatic drive of a five piece rock band (and a light show to boot). Although the last statement might make the band out to be more original and imaginative than it actually is, the one thing Zoogma can provide to its audiences is a mind-bending good time. Since releasing its much lauded debut album Recreational Vehicles, Zoogma has embarked upon a heavy touring schedule of the Southern US and elsewhere, effectively earning a place for itself as one of Mississippi's greatest electronic rock exports in quite some time.
