Bruce & Jamie Watson is a father and son classic/folk rock duo from Scotland with the father, Bruce Watson, being best known for his stint as a founding member for the famed Scottish rock band Big Country in the 1980s. Following the elder Watson's success with Big Country and his various side-projects, Bruce Watson joined his son Jamie in 2007 to release a live album of their work called The Portastudio Diaries. Learning almost immediately that their talents melded better than they could ever have imagined, Bruce & Jamie Watson began their first studio recording effort with the album Another Anthem for the Damned, which is being celebrated as the first of what will most likely be a long line of successful collaborations by the duo for years to come.
