Active as a DJ, remixer, published author and academic lecturer, Ewan Pearson keeps busy in the many fields of music production and study. After graduating the University of London with a masters in philosophy and cultural studies, he began writing articles and papers on the place of dance music in popular culture. When not busy with academia, Pearson has created remixes for the likes of Depeche Mode, Junior Boys and Chemical Brothers, released several singles and an album on Kompakt, K7! and Soma records and has done production work for Gwen Stefani, The Rapture and Ladytron. Though based out of the UK, Pearson is known to DJ regularly at clubs and speak at festivals throughout Europe.
