Clay Cook, born Douglas Cook in Snellville, GA, is a singer and songwriter. Cook studies music in Berklee College of Music where he met fellow student and later bandmate, John Mayer. Together they formed a duo called Lo-Fi Masters. They co-wrote various songs like "No Such Thing", "Comfortable" and "Man on the Side." Many of these co-written tracks appeared on Mayer's first two albums. Cook is most popularly known as a part of the Zac Brown Band, with which he created various records like You Get What You Give and Welcome Home. Aside from that, he was also a member of bands like the Marshall Tucker Band and Y-O-U.
