Charlene Soraia

Charlene Soraia is a British singer/songwriter who grew up in the London area. Entirely self-taught, she developed a love at an early age for legends such as David Bowie and The Beatles, in addition to the forward-thinking sounds of progressive rock. Accepted into the BRIT school, she trained alongside chart-topping artists such as Kate Nash and Adele, meticulously crafting a unique style that bridges singer/songwriter fare with experimental flourishes. Soraia's debut album, entitled Moonchild, was released in 2011 and helped win her a slot at South By Southwest in Austin, Texas.
