Solander

Solander is an indie folk/pop trio from Gothenburg, Sweden that considers music as less of means to success and more of a medium for exploration and taking one's self to a higher spiritual ground. The members of Solander describe their music as being a bit sad, but good because playing sad songs actually makes the band's members happy. The group has really taken off in Europe, particularly in German speaking countries, and the members of Solander are looking forward to introducing their work to North America at Austin's SXSW Festival in 2012.
