Olivia Newton-John is an actress and country pop singer/songwriter from Melbourne, Australia who best known for her role of Sandy in the film adaptation of Grease. She released her first album If Not for You in 1971, and won her first Grammy only two years later in 1973 for her country single "Let Me Be There." Her performance as leading lady opposite John Travolta in the 1978 film Grease, helped the movie become that year's biggest box-office hit.
