After getting his start as lead vocalist of the Stockholm-based rock band Kungers, Andreas Grega embarked on a solo career in 2009 and traded his band's fusion of rock, reggae, folk and punk for a Europop sound. He released his first record En sak i taget, in 2010 and went on to be nominated for the Rockbjörnen award for breakthrough artist that same year. Grega released his sophomore album Mörkerseende, in 2012.
