City in the Sea

City in the Sea is a post-hardcore band from Phoenix, Arizona that quickly established itself on the Phoenix metalcore scene shortly after forming in 2009. Though the group released its debut EP, The Long Lost, in 2010, inner-band quarrels were frequent and group tensions proved too much--prompting the members to disband City in the Sea. However, after coming to amicable terms and hiring a new bassist, the band soldiered on and since then has managed to maintain a fairly busy recording and touring schedule.
