East Forest

By blending a number of field recordings, ambient piano chords and ethereal vocals, Trevor Oswalt--who performs and releases music under his East Forest guise--created a unique sound for himself since releasing his 2008 debut album, The Education of the Individual Soul. Based out of Portland, Oregon, Oswalt's music manages to encapsulate the characteristic geography and weather climates that define the Pacific Northwest.
