Vulkan is a progressive rock band from the coastal town of Göteborg, Sweeden. Founded in 2011, the group played a number of local shows around its hometown, providing a proper opportunity to hone its chops and polish its sound. Though the group does rely heavily on fast paced instrumental meanderings, Vulkan also fills its songs with melodic passages and psychedelic breakdowns.
