Jerry David DeCicca

Jerry David DeCicca is a folk singer/songwriter from New Braunfels, Texas who is probably best known as the front man of the indie rock group The Black Swans. Opting to focus on a distinctly mellow and doleful style of country-leaning Americana with his solo endeavors, DeCicca has managed to distinguish himself as a musician who's capable straddling the genre gamut and playing varied styles of music with ease. Although The Black Swans have taken the majority of DeCicca's focus since forming in 2004, he managed to set aside enough time over the years to record his long in the making album, Understanding Land, which was released in 2014.
