Lyla Foy is an English singer/songwriter who makes instrumentally sparse experimental pop songs. Spawned from early 2012 bedroom recordings, Foy's musical endeavors received critical praise when songs were released online, which led to a signing with the noted Seattle-based indie label Sub-Pop. Foy's debut 2014 debut LP, Mirrors the Sky, sees a musician who's unafraid of building emotive songs that express her own vulnerability.
