The Brighton, England-based band Penelope Isles makes a style of buoyant, blissful music that's built around vocal harmonies and bright guitar melodies. Comprised of siblings Jack and Lily Wolter, the group released its debut album in 2019 has since garnered acclaim for its magnetic performances at SXSW and Eurosonic.
