Huang Li-ling, who is popularly known as A-Lin, is a Taiwanese Mandopop artist. She debuted in 2006 with her album Lovelorn, Not Guilty. It was very successful and also earned her the nickname "A Born Diva". Soon, her popularity started spreading overseas. A-Lin's voice has been described as light and extremely versatile, which allows her to utilize vocal gymnastics in her songs as well as adapt to different genres. She has collaborated with many talented Asian and international artists and has established herself as an exponent of Mandopop outside Mandarin-speaking countries.
