It's typically rare for a band loosely classified within the lo-fi genre to make songs that contain rich instrumentation, clear vocals and defined harmonies, but somehow the British band The Neat manages to pull it off. Formed in 2006 and comprised of a bunch of young blokes who like their rock slightly sludgy, The Neat has made a name for itself amongst attuned music trackers in England and with more time, the band's good name will surely carry over to North American music connoisseurs.
