Belgian pop vocalist Tom Dice first gained notoriety due to his performance on the Flemish version of the television talent contest, The X Factor. His emotive vocals, acoustic guitar playing and mix of cover songs is a predictable but harmless format. It won't knock anyone's socks off, but it will no doubt make the ladies swoon.
