Carlos Rivera is a Mexican pop singer/songwriter who initially rose to prominence after winning the third season of the Mexican reality musical talent show La Academia in 2004. Having since grown into a recognizable figure on the modern Mexican music scene, Rivera has also distinguished himself on the theater stage, having performed in productions of Mamma Mia! and The Lion King.
