Ben Taylor

The son of renowned artists James Taylor and Carly Simon, Ben Taylor is a folk/rock musician and singer/songwriter who creates soft acoustic music. Though his first couple of releases, his 2003 debut album Famous Among the Barns and 2004's EP #1, offered a funky neo-psychedelic sound, he got in touch with his acoustic roots for his follow-up effort Another Run Around the Sun. The 2005 album, featuring Kevin Bacon as producer and bassist as well as his sister and mother as backing vocalists, set the tone for his subsequent and now signature folky, soft rock sound.
