Gangrene is the collaborative Los Angeles-based hip-hop project of the two DJs and music producers, Alchemist and Oh No. Since 2007, the two producers began work on their two-part project that hones in on exploring the more drug-fueled aspects of urban living, and in 2010, the Alchemist and Oh No released the narcotic-laced fruits of their labor in the form of a full length studio album entitled Gutter Water. Previously known best for their prodigious skill at music production, the Gangrene duo is now being highlighted by music publications and blogs for their surprisingly exceptional skills behind the mic as well.
