Classified

One of the most successful rappers in Canada, Classified came out of the thriving Nova Scotia hip-hop scene. Born Luke Boyd in 1977, Classified is both a rapper and producer who broke through with his big-selling 2004 album, Trial & Error, as well as a spin on "Oh Canada," which served as the unofficial theme song to the Vancouver Olympic games. Classified's aggressive flow and rapid-fire delivery is tempered by his natural ear for catchy pop hooks and sing-a-long choruses.
