"The Diverse Beauty of the Blackland Prairie," with Lorelei Stierlen, Environmental Scientist at Blackland Prairie Raptor Center in Lucas, TX.
Lorelei is a passionate native plant enthusiast and has organized and worked on Blackland Prairie conservation projects for many years. She'll talk about where the Blackland Prairie is located, reveal the diverse and beautiful nature of the prairielands, and guide us through conservation steps we can take to preserve this beautiful habitat.
Attendees will receive access to our picnic area, basin, and Canyon Floor trail after hours. Tickets are $10 minimum donation. We greatly appreciate any gift above this amount to support our mission of protecting birds and the places they need, today and tomorrow.
