The Holiday Festival of Lights in Charleston, South Carolina is an annual event that draws visitors from all over the country. Located on James Island, the event takes place at the James Island County Park from November to December every year. The festival features over 700 displays that are illuminated with more than two million lights, creating a winter wonderland that captivates young and old alike. The event also features a variety of attractions, such as an enchanted walking trail, a holiday train, and a carousel for children to ride. There are also shops, food vendors, and local artisans on site selling holiday-themed gifts and souvenirs. Visitors to the Festival of Lights can enjoy live entertainment, including choirs, dancers, and musicians, who perform nightly throughout the event. In addition to the dazzling displays and attractions, the Festival of Lights also supports a good cause, as a portion of the proceeds are donated to local charities.
