This festival brings together key elements, including excellent music, gastronomy and culture broadly grouped under the sign of a typical regional products, the peperoncino, or banana pepper. This is one of the most important cultural events during the summer in Calabria, and also one of the most interesting festivals in Italy. Lasting a month and a half and taking place in 26 localities throughout Calabria, this year's program is filled with concerts of the biggest local and international jazz artists.
