Dutch rock band BLØF was formed in 1992 in Zeeland, a province in the Netherlands which has been a central thread throughout the band's career. The group's song "Aan De Kust," has become the province's anthem and is seen as BLØF's breakthrough hit. The four-piece band gained both national and international popularity due to collaborations with artists all over the world, a strong focus on bettering the world and a willingness to experiment with its music. With deep lyrics and worldly sounds, such as the use of Japanese kodo drums, BLØF has found its formula for success: a perfect balance between alternative and pop rock. Over the course of two decades, the rock band has grown into being perceived as one of the most notable Dutch-language bands. The Rockers released InHet Midden Van Alles in 2014 and, once again, sold out the nation's biggest venues.
