The Washington Commanders (previously known as Washington Redskins) is a member of the NFC East Division in the National Football League. The team moved to Washington in 1937, after playing for five seasons in Boston. Washington is known for its spirited and devoted fan base. The team has had a sellout for every home game since 1973. Amongst these fans every Sunday were the famous "Hogettes," a group of 12 men who wear women's clothes and pig snouts while cheering on their favorite team.
