My journey in yoga commenced years ago when my mother, against my reluctance, urged me to attend her yoga class at the studio she owned. It was during the final resting pose, shavasana, that I experienced the profound impact of the practice½ a feeling of weightlessness and inner peace engulfed me. As time passed, I immersed myself more frequently in yoga, and one day while practicing on the beach, I caught the attention of a passer-by who expressed interest in joining me. This marked the beginning of my path as a yoga instructor. After attaining my RYS-200 certification, I opened my practice
