(2) two or more to hold a session. I will supply hula hoops. We will warm up the body with some stretching and moving with the hoop. Yoga balancing with the hoop. We will learn basic hooping, practice how to keep the hoop going if it wants to drop. Learn off the body tricks one at a time and then practice moving from one trick to the other. Review all that we practiced. Have fun tossing hoops up and catching in such a wide open space. Having fun laughing and playing, not taking ourselves too seriously.
