Arise Roots came together in 2010. The LA-based reggae band comprises Karim Israel, Robert Sotelo, Todd Johnson, Chris Brennan, Rodolfo Covarrubias and Blake Colie. The band strives to put a modern spin to the old genre all the while maintaining the core essence of reggae.
