WHAT SHE SAID...BACK!" (A musical toast and roast to the 1950s)After rave reviews and sold-out shows in 2022 & 2023, LoveDog! Media presents the newest DIVA Concert “What She Said… Back!” Critically-acclaimed vocalist/producer Sandra Marlowe (Jazz Diva) and award-winning actress/director Gaye Kruger Ribble (Broadway Diva) have crafted a nostalgic and captivating show, sharing the stage again with Divas Robin Hambey (Country), Carol Davis (Blues), Beth Rainey (Pop/Piano), Kim Plewniak (Bass) and Sophia Johnson (Drums). This cadre of locally-based first-call singers perform solos, duets, trios (with an all-female band) that pays homage to the music of the 1950s while “talking back” with humor, stories, reflections to the social stereotypes of the day. With a touch of class and plenty of sass, these women engage, amuse and truly entertain an audience. Always applauding what it means to be female, this two-hour show is a soulful, funny (sometimes irreverent, always authentic) romp through the perspectives of six decades of women expressed in five musical genres – an experience not to be missed!Doors open at 6:30 for seating and beverages$ 30 General Seating$50 VIP Reserved Seating (includes pre show reception in upstairs gallery 6:15 pm)
