Found in the city of Teplice in the Czech Republic, is Kabát, a band that has been rocking ever since its formation 1983. The five-piece hard rock band spent years in honing its skills and finally debuted in 1991 the album Má Jí Motorovou. The success of this album brought the band immense popularity and a huge fan base. But this was just the start, in 2002, the band created history with its album Suma Sumárum, which went on to become one of the highest-selling Czech albums. In 2007, it was the first Czech band to ever perform at the world-famous Eurovision Song Contest. Although it did not win, it brought the band's music to the attention of many international listeners. With a multi-decade career that is illustrated with awards and numerous successful albums, Kabát proudly wears the crown of being one of the Czech Republic's most popular and cherished bands.
