Kevin Nealon is a stand-up comedian and actor from St. Louis, Missouri who is perhaps best known for his work on Saturday Night Live as the anchor of the show's famed Weekend Update during the early 1990s. Following nearly a decade on NBC's seminal sketch comedy show, Nealon embarked upon a relatively successful career in film, teaming up on multiple occasions with fellow SNL alum Adam Sandler to co-star in his stream of successful "Happy Madison" films in the early 2000s. Nealon would near his creative peak as an actor and a stand-up comedian later in the decade, propelled even further by his celebrated role as Doug Wilson on Showtime's hit series Weeds.
