I cannot wait to bring PJ'S & PLANNERS to San Marcos for our next TX PLANNER BABES conference! It is a perfect place to meet fellow planners and other group members!
Event details as to what is included in price is below.
The price of the virtual ticket includes swag and discounts provided to in person attendees (some exceptions may apply). We will have live streaming/video at the event along with a virtual host(s) for the entire event. We will have dedicated table shopping along with any discounts allowed, for those vendors who will be at the event. Workshops and or class items provided along with any hand outs, etc will also be sent to virtual attendees. Make & takes will also be packed along with swag and mailed to all virtual attendees 14 business days after the event. Online attendees will also have a zoom with all guests (unless otherwise mentioned) as well as zoom interaction with in person attendees.Virtual attendees will also be eligible for prize drawings, to be mailed along with swag as well. (If classes require supplies, they will be provided before hand if possible, if not will be in swag box). Shipping of swag box is included in price. Open to US residents only at this time. A zoom will be held for any last minute questions or concerns to be announced closer to the event.
The in person ticket price includes swag and goodies from vendors and sponsors along with the chance to win many giveaways and prizes. A Golden Ticket is always drawn at the end for a free ticket to the next TXPB conference (must be present to win any giveaway/prize or Golden Ticket). The ticket price will also include meals listed below. Classes and workshops are included and will require registration prior to the event (if needed). Details to come on the class offerings. The make & take and other activities provided will be outlined in the agenda closer to the event date. The ticket will also include meet & greets, several photo opportunities, snacks, shopping fun as well a lot of fellowship. A zoom will be held for any last minute questions or concerns to be announced closer to the event.
The ticket does not include hotel stay or food on Friday night. A room block has been secured at the Hilton Garden Inn with discounted pricing to allow the convenience of being at the conference venue. A link will be posted under the event in the FB group very soon!
Join us to pre-register and mingle with fellow attendees. Location will be disclosed closer to the event. Food is not included in the ticket price at this optional event. More details to come.
Slumber Party Saturday - 9:30am - 10pm
Join us for a LONG and fun filled day in your favorite PJS! This day will consist of classes & workshops, speakers, games, shopping, prizes & giveaways along with swag and a lot of laughs! Food provided will be lunch and dinner for this day. Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the day.
This is the day that we will have table sponsors, tablemate gifts and swaps! Once the evening ends, we will have plenty of planner time!
Self Care Sunday - 9:30am - 6pm
A fun day to wind down as we plan the day away amongst new friends and have more time to shop and support shops (for those who stay both days). Be ready to get crafty with make and takes along with some fun interaction with the online attendees! The destash table will also be set and awaiting everyone's destash to find a new home. Games and more prize drawings and giveaways as well as lunch, snacks, and drinks. This is the day we will have some self care activities you will not want to miss.
