The Simcoe Christmas Panorama, also known as the "The Gift of Lights," is an annual event held in Simcoe, Ontario. The spectacular display features more than 300,000 twinkling lights transformed into beautiful Christmas scenes. Visitors can drive or walk through the route, which stretches for more than two kilometers at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds. The Panorama showcases a variety of holiday-themed scenes, some of which include the Nativity, Santa's workshop, Frosty the Snowman, and a Christmas train. In addition to the mesmerizing light displays, guests can enjoy hot chocolate, food vendors, and horse-drawn carriage rides. As the event runs for over a month, there are special nights such as the opening night when Santa is present, and some nights feature a live choir. The Simcoe Christmas Panorama is a fantastic way to get into the holiday spirit and create lasting memories with family and friends. It is a must-see destination for anyone looking to experience the magic of Christmas in Southern Ontario.
