Located in Camogli, on a beautiful bay is Abbazia di San Fruttuoso, an ancient place of worship for the Catholics. The historical attraction is being maintained by the FAI, and can be reached by sea, with several boats departing from nearby municipalities of Genoa. Once here, tourists can explore the historic complex, which is home to an ancient church, a museum, tombs of the Doria family, and a tower, and learn about the monastic life of the past centuries. Later tourists can take a swim on the small beach, enjoy a musical concert, or relish a meal and drink in one of restaurants and bars of the beautiful fishing village.
