Housed in the Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, this observatory is totally dedicated to public viewing and education. It has many telescopes, including a newly installed 40 inch (1.01 meter) one open to public access. Visitors can come here only on selective weekends throughout the year and watch the wonders of not only the night but the day sky as well. Moreover, this facility also offers Night Sky Classes and is available on rent for private star parties and other events too.
