Snuggled in the picturesque countryside of the Main-Spessart district of Lower Franconia, Lohr am Main is the administrative seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft municipal association and is also believed to have been the birthplace of Snow White. Spread over 90.44 square kilometers (34.92 square miles), the town is an accumulation of breathtaking pastures, charming farms, and magnificent medieval-era structures. The Bayersturm, the Lohrer Schloss, and the Old Town Hall are some of the town's major attractions. The Lohrer Schloss also houses Snow White's mirror, which has attracted several lovers of this fairytale to the town.
