This spacious fairground got its name fro the popular Howard County Fair that it plays host to every year. This fair attracts a large number of tourists and locals alike making it one of the most popular events in West Friendship. The fair features various amusement rides, pop-up stalls selling local delicacies, livestock shows, equestrian competitions and various other events for the entertainment of the visitors. During rest of the year, trade fairs, weddings, exhibitions among many other events are hosted at Howard County Fairgrounds.
