The Tower Museum was opened in 1992 with a motive to educate their visitors with an in-depth history of Derry, with all small and major events being depicted here through exhibits. There are museum flyers that provide details of two of the most important events - The Flight of the Earls and The Plantation of Ulster. The museum has won multiple awards over the years.
