Just five minutes from the city center, the Capri Theatre brings back memories with its fabulous Wurlitzer Theatre Organ maintained in beautiful working condition by the SA Division of the Theatre Organ Society of Australia. Try and go early for one of the free pre-film performances and gasp at the expertise of the organist as the cogs whirr and wheels spin to produce this unique sound. Then as the instrument regally disappears down through the stage settle back and watch one of the latest release movies in this fine old cinema.
