Cinema Village

Cinema Village is an old-fashioned movie house in the heart of the New York University area, and serves the local film community well. Count on an amusing mixture of high and low brow celluloid masterpieces, including independent and foreign films and cult classics. Inside, a vintage subway turnstile leads the way to the theaters, and the popcorn is served with real butter. Several film festivals use Cinema Village for screenings. Â
