Publications such as Golf & Travel and Golf Digest. Critics rave about this course's stunning beauty, as well as the challenge it presents to even the most skilled golfers. The course was designed by Robin Nelson, who traveled to Scotland to research course layout and design. Four sets of tees accommodate all levels of players. Other facilities include several target greens, a putting green and a chipping green. This is one of the only courses in Central Maui; most are located in Wailea or just outside Lahaina.
