You can see the Beethovenhalle from the Fritz Schröder Bank on the Rhine Promenade. The old building was destroyed in World War II and a new one was built between 1956-1959. In the main rooms and concert hall, concerts and congresses as well as other events often take place. In addition, you can marvel at the monumental concrete sculpture called 'Beethon' here (there is a word play with the homonym 'Beton', which is German for 'concrete'). This multi-purpose venue accommodates every kind of event.
